Hi, I’m Lizzie! The face (and camera) behind Lizzie Clark Photography.
I’ve been capturing portraits professionally since 2018, and over the years, my passion for photography has only grown. My goal as a photographer is to create a relaxed, memorable experience that results in timeless, beautiful images you’ll treasure for years to come.
Outside of photography, I’m a senior at the University of Michigan studying microbiology. I work in a structural biology research lab and plan to join a Medical Laboratory Science Program in 2026. Balancing the dichotomy of science and art is a big part of who I am, and I bring both creativity and precision into my work behind the lens.
I’m based out of southeastern Michigan but have photographed clients across the U.S. and Europe. I’m a self-taught photographer who’s continually learning—through workshops, courses, and hands-on experience—to refine my skills in lighting, posing, location scouting, and post-processing. In 2021, I earned 2nd place in the SkillsUSA High School Photography competition in Michigan and became an Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Design using Photoshop.
Most importantly, I strive to make every shoot fun, genuine, and uniquely you.
